Ideally located hotel really close to other restaurants, and Disneyland and sea. Delicious food for breakfast in the club.

Had an enjoyable stay for the upcoming vacation, would stay here again. Everything was very comfortable, unbeatable location down a hill, the staff were dedicated. The room was large, and we had a pleasant view of the ocean. Ideally located really close to Tokyo train station, the Disney monorail which is very convenient for getting to-and-from Disney Land and Disney Sea Tokyo, and great shops, restaurants and supermarkets, liked it.

The breakfast options like fruit, omelet, and bacon were delicious and went well with the buffet spread, and it's convenient that this place is close to the Disney train line and has a restaurant on the premises.

Friendly staff, clean, spacious room. Loved the bed and linens. I will return again. : )

Somewhat disappointed mainly due to lack of the individual service. Felt treated as numbers and frustrated to see the hotel was ruling customers rather than other way round. Probably there are some issues in the hotel management's policy, as we saw individual staff were trying their best. 7th floor, which is allocated for families is formerly smoking floor and still very strong odour remained, and also decor was dated. We complained then they kindly moved us to 8th floor, which was much better. A toilet near-by children's play area was not very clean. The wall mounted shampoo / body soap dispenser is Eco but not usually seen in the 4* hotel. Overall not the Sheraton quality. Sorry.

Great! Nice hotel near to both Disneyland & Disneysea. Be prepared to pay for the monorail which bring you to your resort hotel. I will definately made reservation @ Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel again for minimum 3 nights next round.

- the view from the room (sea side) - the computers free available at reception - the beds were confortable - beeing near disney

- the disney monorail fees should be included in the room price and you should give a free access card - the price for breakfast a bit high

I would come here again or recommend it to others. It is an extremely convenient property located in Urayasu district so close to monorail or shuttle bus. The premium American company's attraction and shopping center at the station had a huge array of restaurants to choose from.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and great for kids.

The gym/health center was extremely small for a hotel that size. There were only 2 treadmills and no attendant was there when I went to work out at 9:00 am and when I finished at around 10 am, still no one there.

Everything was amazing, from staff to cleanliness and service. We brought small kids to Disneyland so this was quite near (there is special Disney liner in front of hotel) and we could bring kids to daytime nap. Can't find any bad thing, simply great!

They have a good quality breakfast at a reasonable price, a variety of food options available, and in addition, they offer early check-in and late check-out, a modern room equipped with everything you need.

The location was marvellous and brilliant and the staff members were polite! Easy access to Tokyo International airport, within 19 miles.
